Former President Trump indicated on Saturday that his Moscow-drafted proposal for peace was "not my final offer", after fierce reaction from Ukrainian leaders and analysts who likened it to the Munich pact of 1938 between Chamberlain and Hitler.

During brief comments from the White House, Trump told reporters: "We’d like to get to peace. This should have occurred earlier … we are attempting to conclude it, in any case we have to get it ended."

Upcoming Switzerland Negotiations Involve Various Countries

US and Ukrainian delegates will meet in Geneva on Sunday for discussions on this proposal. Defense representatives from Germany, France, and the UK are expected to join these negotiations in Geneva.
