The Streaming Giant Casts Spot-On Star for Bon Clay in the Hit Series Third Season
The Secret Organization is poised to exert significant influence in the next installment of Netflix’s show of One Piece, though the true confrontation isn’t set to occur until the next season, and a cherished, audience-beloved member has recently been selected.
The platform declared Tuesday that the skilled actor has joined the One Piece cast for the third season and will play Bentham. Bon Clay has the ability to morph into an exact copy of any individual they’ve made contact with with their right hand. The actor, who is non-binary and goes by they/them, will portray a version of that figure re-envisioned as non-binary identifying, as opposed to as a drag artist, in the live-action show, differing from the source material and animated series.
The new cast member is joined by a number of fresh additions tasked with bringing Baroque Works to life, including leader Mr. 0, played by the well-known actor, an emerging star as Miss Goldenweek, and a familiar face, who also joins the lineup as the monarch of Alabasta.
Even though this character is a important part of Baroque Works, the character won’t appear until One Piece the third season. Given the second season set to cover the Little Garden arc, this marks a major departure in the placement of the character’s debut, one that could indicate further changes to the plot development.
Escola’s blend of excellent comedic sense and emotional depth makes them a standout choice for the part.
