The plot follows Matt Murdock after his dual life as Daredevil is exposed, leaving him vulnerable to enemies both past and present in a refreshed version of his well-known world.

The premiere is a thrilling return to form, evoking the gritty tone fans loved from the original incarnation. Although the subsequent episodes venture into some new narrative ground, the first season finishes powerfully, setting viewers eagerly awaiting a second installment.

An surprising 2025 highlight, this series is essentially an animated Breaking Bad filtered through a humor of King of the Hill.
